I am usually a xs/s/4. House of CB runs very small. The medium fits like a glove. It zips on the side and then the back is adjustable so if it is too big, you can snatch your waist. I am a 34C and it fits my chest perfect. It is adjustable if you have a bigger chest. The straps are adjustable as well. I am 5'2 so the dress hits my leg a few inches above the ankle. I love this dress so much I get compliments every time I wear it!
