Delivery

Se the arrival date 1-2 days before your event to ensure your garment arrives on time. Please note we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Standard shipping is 3 days via UPS. 

Return

To return, place the unwashed garment back in the package it arrived in, using the return label that was provided in the original packaging. If you misplace the return packaging, use a 9x12 or smaller poly mailer. On the morning of your return date, drop off the package at your local UPS Store and ask for a receipt that documents tracking. Please do not clean the item before mailing it back.

Late Returns

In the event that you returned the item back late, you will incur late fees. Please see the Frequently Asked Questions page for more details.

We want you to feel your best when Borrowing, so we’ve planned ahead: Bipty requests information from each Lender regarding size and fit. This special Lender note is located in the description of each item. We also recommend double-checking the brand’s online size chart.

If you are still unsure about sizing, please fill out the Fit Inquiry form with your measurements and questions to ask the Lender as we do not offer refunds once the item has arrived.

Please treat all items with care - as if you were Borrowing from a friend or family member.
