This dress is so comfortable and completely stretchy, it could easily fit anywhere from a 00-2/4, I have a 25 inch waist and 34C bust and it fit me like a glove since it was custom made! in addition I had the designer add a few extra inches of train, I am 5’2 and wore 4.5 inch heels and still had 4-5 inches of train for that dramatic effect! I would definitely recommend wearing heels since the dress is really long. The material is very stretchy (it's kind of like skims or form fitting tanks/bodysuits it looks tiny on the hanger but it adjusts to sizing )so it would definitely fit someone smaller/larger than me!
